Daily Tai Chi – Part 4 – Flowing Motion Meditation

Welcome to calmeveryday.com Find your Inner Peace.
This is your daily Gentle Tai Chi session. Now that you’re centered and grounded, let’s move into a gentle Tai Chi flow. We’ll bring movement and breath together in Flowing Motion Meditation. Begin with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees soft, arms relaxed at your sides. Inhale — raise your arms forward and up to shoulder height. Exhale — lower your arms gently down, palms facing the floor. Move slowly, like waves rising and falling. Continue this flow — inhale, lift… exhale, lower. Next, turn your body slightly to the right as your hands move across your chest. Return to center, and turn left. Follow your hands with your eyes. Let your movements be smooth and continuous — never forced. Imagine your arms moving through water, connected with your breath. Take one more full breath and complete the motion slowly. This is meditation in motion — calm, balanced, and mindful. Remember, Tai Chi is not about speed — it’s about harmony. Let your breathing lead the motion. Each inhale lifts… Each exhale settles… Feel your body flow like a river — smooth, continuous, and calm. Move Like Water, Breathe Like Wind… Βalance and calm. One last deep breath in… and release. You are centered and ready to flow. This is where your movement and energy flow begin.
