Daily Tai Chi – Part 5 – Closing Gratitude Sequence

You’ve done beautifully. We’ll end our Tai Chi session with a short Closing Gratitude Sequence. Stand comfortably with your hands resting at your sides. Inhale — raise your arms slowly to shoulder height, palms up. Exhale — turn your palms down and lower them gently, imagining calm energy flowing through you. Bring your hands together in front of your chest, as if holding a small ball of light. Take a deep breath and silently express gratitude — for your body, your breath, and your time today. Think of something — or someone — you’re grateful for today. On your next inhale, raise your arms slowly overhead — and as you exhale, lower them down gently in front of you, as if showering yourself with calm energy. Take a final deep breath. Feel relaxed, balanced, and at peace. Lower your hands slowly, keeping that sense of peace within you. Thank you for practicing today. May you carry this balance and calm into your day.
