In this video we begin the journey to calm for the Emotional Absorber. Our goal is to create space so emotions can move freely in an Emotionally Overloaded body.
First, ask yourself: ‘What emotion is here?’ Name it in one word only. No explanation. This separates emotion from mental spirals.
Next, place a hand on your chest or belly and breathe normally. Imagine the emotion having space around it, not being pushed away. This increases emotional tolerance safely.
Exercise 3: Visualize the emotion as weather. Notice it change slightly, even just one percent. This teaches impermanence without suppression.
Finally, Imagine placing the emotion gently in a container until later. This helps you regain control without denial.
This is your starting point for creating space so emotions can move freely. From here, you may follow your own path toward calm. CalmEveryDay. Keep Calm Simple
