This series of Exercises for Fibromyalgia is a gentle, human-centered program for the body and the nervous system. If you live with fibromyalgia, you already know something essential: Your body does not need pressure. It needs safety. In this video, we are not going to “work out.” We are creating small signals to your body that: it is safe to relax it is safe to move it does not need to stay in protection mode all the time. All exercises are gentle. You can do them seated or lying down. If something does not feel right, skip it. Your body always has the final say. These exercises are not a cure. They are a reminder.
