The Transition Pause. Just before lunchtime, Stop what you’re doing. Take one slow inhale through the nose. Exhale fully through the mouth. Say silently: “Morning complete.” Why It Works. Without a pause, stress carries over. This exercise draws a line in the sand. Lunch isn’t a pause from life. It’s a reset point. You don’t need more time. You need a cleaner transition. One breath.
