Exercises for Fibromyalgia. Your body does not need pressure. It needs safety.

This series of Exercises for Fibromyalgia is a gentle, human-centered program for the body and the nervous system.
If you live with fibromyalgia, you already know something essential: Your body does not need pressure. It needs safety.
In this video, we are not going to “”work out.”” We are creating small signals to your body that: it is safe to relax it is safe to move it does not need to stay in protection mode all the time.
All exercises are gentle. You can do them seated or lying down. If something does not feel right, skip it. Your body always has the final say.
Let’s begin together.”
“Exercise 1: Breath Regulation – “I am here now”.
Sit or lie down comfortably. Let your hands rest.
Take a slow inhale through the nose. Not deep. Just soft.
And let the air out through the mouth… like a sigh.
Repeat.
With each exhale, silently say: “I am here now.” This breath sends a message to your nervous system: There is no danger in this moment.”
“Exercise 2: Neck & Shoulders.
No force. No stretching. Only small movements. Gently lift your shoulders slightly toward your ears… and let them drop. Very softly. Now turn your head a little to the right. Return to center. A little to the left. We are not looking for range. We are looking for a sense of safety. If pain appears, stop. This is respect, not failure.”
“Exercise 3: Hand Activation – “Waking up without pressure”.
Open your palms. Gently close them into a fist. As if you are warming your hands. Open… close… at a slow pace. This exercise helps the body feel control without tension. If you wish, make small circles with your wrists. Very small.”
“Exercise 4: Body Connection.
Bring your attention to your feet. No need to change anything. Just notice. Then your calves. Your thighs. Your abdomen. If there is tension, we do not try to remove it. We say: “I see you.” And move on. Chest. Back. Shoulders. Neck. Face. Wherever you are right now, it is enough.”
“Exercise 5: A Signal of Safety.
Place one hand on your chest. Or on your belly. Take a calm inhale. And on the exhale say: “I did enough. ”For a body with fibromyalgia, enough is healing.”
Final Message: These exercises are not a cure. They are a reminder. That your body is not your enemy. Your body does not need pressure. It needs safety.
