Today I notice how my mind becomes afraid when it cannot understand the world around it. Fear arises from my need to control what I do not comprehend. But today I choose something different. I choose to release control and trust that there is a deeper purpose I cannot yet see. As fear melts away, a gentle sense of trust begins to fill my mind.
