Today I recognize that every disturbance I feel has a deeper cause than the one I see. I am never upset for the reason I think. The real source is not outside me—but within old memories, fears, and patterns. And there is no need for blame or guilt. I simply look honestly at what arises, and hold it with kindness and patience. With each breath, I let truth calm my mind, and I allow peace to return gently within me.
