365 Days for Self Development – Day 4 – These thoughts do not mean anything

Today I observe my thoughts with calm and distance. I watch them come and go, like clouds drifting across an open sky. And I remember that they do not mean anything. They do not define me. They do not limit me. I don’t have to cling to any of them. I allow them to dissolve naturally, revealing the quiet stillness beneath them—a steady peace that has always been there. Today, I choose this peace instead of my thoughts.
